Overview

"KINDERGYM" proves children learn best through exploring and discovering their abilities through physical activity. "KINDERGYM" ensures that children aged between 2.5– 4 years old can experience a wide-range of movement activities and be encouraged to think, create, construct and solve problems with their own bodies. "KINDERGYM" relies on equipment set-ups that are safe, stimulating and provide endless movement opportunities for children to play, explore and learn. "KINDERGYM" also assists in child development, co-ordination and self-esteem. "KINDERGYM" is founded on child development principles. The program promotes the child as the key focal point and involves active participation of the child's mother, father or carer.

Sydney Hills Gymnastics has been serving the Hills community since 2012. Established in Castle Hill by Director and Head Coach Vassili Trofimov, our goal is to create a professional and safe environment where children of all ages can keep fit, make friends and have fun.

Due to expansion in 2019 we opened our Bella Vista venue.

Sydney Hills Gymnastics Club offers programs for both boys and girls from the age of six months to 18 years.

Our programs include School aged Recreational Gymnastics for boys and girls (5 – 13y.o.), Tumbling for girls, Early Learning Programs (6 months – 4.5 y.o.), Competitive Gymnastics (MAG, WAG and ACROBATIC GYMNASTICS), Adult Gymnastics, Teen Gym, Home Schooler Classes, Special Needs class plus Playgroup.

Furthermore, each School Holidays we run School Programs with great options for busy parents. What's more we also offer specilised 1, 1.5 and 2 hour specilised Skills Clinics where students can focus on learning specific skills of interest.

Schools are invited to access our facilities and our dedicated coach to learn gymnastics as part of their school sport.

Additionally, our club offers three competitive programs: Men’s Artistic Gymnastics (MAG), Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) and Acrobatics Gymnastics (ACRO). Our highly experienced Competitive Program Coaches are responsible for training and development of gymnasts for State, National and International level Squads.

We also host gymnastics birthday parties. Our club is the perfect place to hold a unique and fun kids’ party.

You will get exclusive hire of the gym facility, a gymnastics circuit run by our experienced coaches plus access to a function room and kitchen area. In addition, bouncy castles options are available at our Castle Hill Venue.

Take a look at our Facebook, Instagram and YouTube accounts plus our website to learn more about who we are.

My son went here and was in the competitive team. He became quite strong. He enjoyed the state competitions and did well. My daughter attends tumbling now. The male teacher is very technical which is just what she needs to improve.

Can't give any stars at all for the WAG coaching. Terrible head coach. We had the worst experience with her. Focusses on few kids only and leaves the rest to 'go figure'. Very partial and biased coaching. We lost a whole year with her and her politics. There is no value for money as she focusses on few kids, it feels like you end up paying for those kids. We have been to other clubs and nowhere we have experienced this situation. Cannot recommend WAG to anyone. You are better off elsewhere. We have been with the gym for past 6 years and would have continued many more years and it all changed because of 1 terrible coach. Good luck to those entering WAG program.

My daughter attended SHG for 5 years and WAG for 4 years. Things rapidly changed once the new head coach for WAG entered the club. My daughter was affected by discrimination and favorism which forced me to pull out of the club. I will not recommend this club if you are looking for fair treatment and value for money.

My child has been training in the club for 6 years already, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The coaches here are the best in Sydney. We travel from Hornsby 4-5 times per week to the gym because our child is very keen to "develop new gymnastics skills", has best friends there, and the best mentors, who know about this sport from their own experience.

Our child has had UPs and DOWNs during his gymnastics career, but this sport teaches that a life is about UPs and DOWNs. The club coaches are not only knowledgeable about gymnastics techniques but also know how to motivate and inspire young athletes.

The club offers a competitive program that is designed to challenge and push the kids to reach their full potential. The coaches pay attention to each child's individual needs. If we see our child has reached a corner, cannot overcome the obstical, we talk to the coach, to seek how we can support him. We have never felt ignored.

One of the highlights of this club is their participation in state competitions. It's a great opportunity for our child to showcase learned skills and compete against other talented gymnasts.

Overall, I highly recommend this gymnastics club for kids and their parents who are passionate about gymnastics and want to take their skills to the next level. The excellent coaches, competitive program, and participation in state competitions make it a top choice for young gymnasts in Sydney!
