OUR SERVICES

★ Family Class

Our Family Programme is for ages 7+ and allows parents to enjoy the benefits of Martial Arts training with their children. The programme is designed to give children everything they need to thrive such as self confidence, improved focus and self respect. Families will enjoy the physical benefits of Martial Arts training as well as making new friendships, improving communication skills and goal setting.

★ Mighty Matts (3-6 years)

The Mighty Matts programme is something designed especially to introduce young children aged from 3 to 6 to the fun and excitement that come from Martial Arts.

ABOUT US

Here at Matt Fiddes we teach Martial Arts to children from 3 years old. We teach in a relaxed, friendly and in an atmosphere that makes children feel happy and comfortable.

All of our lessons teach not only Martial Arts but we have a dedicated section of the lesson devoted to our life skills program. In this section we talk to the kids about anti bullying, stranger danger, making positive choices and other life skills. This is all done at a child level yet retaining the importance of the topic. We try to help our students become well rounded people with a sense of achievement, self confidence and focus.
