A thorough review process

As parents we understand that you need reassurance that your precious cargo is going to be safe attending an in-person activity or online class. To put your mind at rest we have a thorough review process to ensure all activity providers meet our standards before they list on our platform. This includes:

process-1

Vetting & verifying

We personally vet and verify every business before they list on Kidsbook. Initially that means one of us talks to the business on the phone or in person. This allows us to set expectations about trust and safety and learn how the business operates.

process-2

Working With Children checks

We verify that each activity provider has a valid Working With Children Check (WWC) before they list on our site. A WWC is a legal requirement for anyone who works or interacts with children face-to-face or online. If you want to learn more we have an article covering WWC in more detail.

process-3

Customer support and feedback

Have a question or need a hand? Feel free to message us via Facebook or email our dedicated team at support@kidsbook.io - we're here to help! We also welcome any feedback about your experience with an activity provider, and will be responsive to your experience.
