CLASSES

★ Performance Training Program

Our Performance Training Program is specially designed for students who are ready to extend their performance ability beyond a recreational level and train in an elite dancing, singing and acting program. Built around community, dedication and friendships with a professional, industry connected and leading teaching faculty, the Performance Training Program continues to nurture and develop the industry’s next generation.

Students select from a variety of pre-set packages (Pre-Junior/Junior) or take advantage of our Unlimited Membership (Pre-Teen, Teen, Pre-Senior, Senior). Classes on offer include Jazz, Tap, Musical Theatre, Ballet, Lyrical, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Acro, Jazz Technique, Conditioning, Singing, Acting and Dance Industry (guest teacher weekly).

★ Young Performers

Designed to suit beginner and intermediate levels, our Young Performers Program is a timetable of classes that focus on fun, tigress and friendship. The YP Program helps to make quality dance tuition accessible to all; even if not working towards a career.

The Young Performers program runs after school from Monday to Friday and students may create a membership of 1 to 6 classes. Classes include Jazz, Ballet, Lyrical/Contemporary, Jazz/Funk/Hip Hop (JFH), Acrobatics, Acting and Musical Theatre.

★ Petites Program

Welcome to the Eastern Suburbs’ favourite preschooler dance classes! Our Petites Program has been designed with a creative and imaginative approach to learning dance, catering to the unique developmental stages of a child throughout the ages of 2-6 years.

Our program nurtures each child’s abilities, creative expression, coordination, facilitate social interaction and help them learn to follow instructions while having great fun. Dancers receive a safe, fun and stimulating introduction to dance as they explore a broad range of genres and styles within the popular program.

New students may join at any time – we love meeting new friends! The Petites Program is divided into five main stages, each of which expands upon the previous stage with further challenges, growth and lots of fun!

★ Act Lab

As Australia’s Home of Performing Arts, we have a commitment to providing true triple-threat training to our students. So, Act Lab was born; a dynamic program designed for young people with a passion for acting.

Act Lab is a fun and safe environment for young people to learn and develop as they explore the craft of acting. Supported by an unmatched faculty of real actors and directors, students are motivated and encouraged to ‘let go.’

Regardless of age and experience our aim for each Act Lab student is to;

• Develop empathy, curiosity and passion for the craft

• Create a life-long appreciation of text, films and theatre

• Communicate confidently

• Learn skills that are applicable to school and future employment – be it on the stage or in the workplace
