Workshops
Throughout the year Static Dance Studios holds workshops with some of the industries most professional and talented dancers. Recent guest teachers have been Blake John Wood, Renee Ritchie, Lauren Elton, Natasha Crane, Cassandra Merwood & Shane Samoley.
Private Tuition
Static Dance Studios offers a number of private tuition options for all age and ability levels including private dance lessons, singing lessons, acrobatic, aerial acrobatic and tuition for students studying dance in their HSC. Pricing for Private Tuition varies depending on the style and teacher.

Static Dance Studios

Static Dance Studios was founded in 2005 by director Matthew Scerri. Classes began at the Dean Park Community Centre and William Dean Public School, with 3 staff members and 60 students.
As enrolments flooded in and class sizes grew, Static Dance Studios moved into its own premises in Glendenning with 3 purpose build studios.
Static Dance Studios is now in its 16th year of operation, with over 500 students, 30 staff members, over 100 classes a week and an addition of an extra studio space in the premises.
We believe dance is for everyone which is why our timetable truely caters for all ages and abilities. We have classes for pre-schoolers right through to adults, recreational classes for fun and fitness and elite classes for those wanting to take their dancing to the next level. Along with dance classes we have expanded to also offer All Star Cheerleading, Acrobatics, Aerial Acrobatics and Musical Theatre.
All our classes are aimed to develop coordination, encourage fitness and explore creativity.
We strive for our students to learn the importance of physical wellbeing through dance as well as the emotional connection one takes in this journey, along with teamwork, lifelong lessons in friendship and helping others.
We are proud to have a great support network of staff, teachers, students, parents and friends which create a friendly, family environment in and around the studio.
