Central Coast Gymnastics Academy offers gymnastic, acrobatic and tumbling classes for all ages and all abilities. Our goal is to make gymnastics fun for the whole family. And while not everyone dreams of elite competition or the Olympics, the mental and physical benefits of gymnastics are quite profound.

A recent study by Gymnastics Victoria highlighted an increase in self-esteem for children with disability who partook in gymnastics. Parents identified an increase in confidence which assisted in their willingness to partake in social interactions and increased social development. Children were able to achieve success at their own pace, and small achievements were celebrated, and celebrated often.

For parents, success came in the form of facilitating their children’s social activity and witnessing participation and involvement with others.

OUR GYMNASTIC CLASSES & DISCIPLINES

Central Coast Gymnastics Academy was established in 2006. Since then it has been rapidly expanding in both numbers and classes to cater for the families in the North regions of the Central Coast and southern Lake Macquarie regions.

○ KinderGym – Our Kinder Gym class is a great gymnastics program for 18mths – 5 year olds.

○ Little Gymers – Our Little Gymers class is for 4 to 5 year olds

○ Competition Gymnastics

We have a complete range of classes and gymnastic disciplines available catering for each age group from toddlers to teenagers and adults. We cover personal abilities from beginers to a competitive state and national level of teaching styles and abilities.
