- Locals Kids Jiu-Jitsu Program: Building Strong Foundations at Every Age!
Welcome to our vibrant Kids Jiu-Jitsu program designed to instill confidence, discipline, and a love for physical activity in children aged 3 to 12 years. Our carefully crafted age-specific programs ensure that every child experiences the joy of Jiu-Jitsu in a safe and supportive environment.
Squids (3 - 4 Years): Monday - Thursday 3:45pm - 4:15pm / Friday 4:00pm - 4:30pm / Saturday 8:00am - 8:30am
In our Squids program, we focus on introducing the youngest members to the basics of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu through interactive games and playful activities. Our expert instructors create a fun and engaging atmosphere where toddlers can develop motor skills, coordination, and an early appreciation for martial arts.
Mids (5 - 7 Years): Monday - Thursday 4:15pm - 5:00pm / Friday 4:30pm - 5:15pm / Saturday 8:30am - 9:10am
For our Mids, aged 5 to 7 years, the program takes a step forward, offering age-appropriate techniques and drills. We emphasize the fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu while keeping the classes dynamic and enjoyable. Through interactive learning and skill-building exercises, children in the Mids program develop a strong foundation for both physical and mental well-being.
Tin Lids (8 - 12 Years): Monday - Thursday 5:00pm - 5:45pm / Friday 4:30pm - 5:15pm / Saturday 9:10am - 9:55am
Our Tin Lids program is tailored for children aged 8 to 12 years, providing a more advanced curriculum that aligns with their growing capabilities. Participants learn a diverse range of Jiu-Jitsu techniques, enhancing their skills, agility, and self-discipline. We foster a sense of camaraderie and teamwork, creating an environment where Tin Lids can thrive both on and off the mat.
