- Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for Kids classes offer our young martial artists to build their skills in grappling and submissions, both standing and on the ground. With world renowned coach Professor Hugo Nunes heading the curriculum we offer a very complete class, with the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training being of the highest calibre.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is great for a childs development, utilising all muscles in the body, incorporating total body coordination and core strength, essential for physical development. It is also a proven effective form of self defense, and the confidence your children will attain from these classes will prove invaluable in the outside world!

Our Kids Programs start from ages 3 and up!
Choose from our Kids Martial Arts Programs suitable for all ages and interests including our Little Cheetahs (3-6 Years) our Kids Beginners and Intermediate Taekwondo (7-14 Years) and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (6-12 Years).
★ ADULTS PROGRAMS
Learn from the best that Sydney has to offer, and choose from our Adults Martial Arts and Taekwondo program, Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Programs!
★ INCLUSIVE PROGRAM
Our inclusive training program caters for children with special needs in a safe and inclusive environment designed to help improve concentration, co-ordination, and motor skills. We strive to help kids with a wide range of disabilities and special needs such as ASD, ADHD, physical disabilities, low muscle tone, learning disabilities and many more.
