With a reputation for a welcoming community and passionate teachers, Pennant Hills Physie Club cares about each of their members becoming the best they can be. At Pennant Hills Physical Culture Club (Pennant Hills Physie for short), we proudly teach the BJP Physical Culture curriculum. BJP Physie is the oldest running and most prestigious Physical Culture establishment in Australia. For 125 years, BJP has provided a national platform for Physie clubs to come together to engage in competitions and camaraderie.

PHYSIE IS THE PERFECT ACTIVITY FOR PRESCHOOLERS
Every smile is precious. Every milestone they reach is cherished. With Physie, we’ll help give your little one the best start to life with classes that educate and delight.
Through positive encouragement and engaging classes, children learn how to communicate through movement, music and performance, giving them the skills they need to thrive.
Physie will teach your preschooler not only the joy of dance, but also the social skills they will need at school. Physie will give your daughter the strongest foundations to help her become a confident little girl.
★ PRIMARY AGES 5-12
FRIENDSHIPS AND MEMORIES THEY’LL TREASURE FOR LIFE
Watch your child’s confidence grow as they connect and develop special friendships that will stay with them forever. Social bonds are constantly nurtured and encouraged both in and outside of the classroom with lots of engaging activities with our Physie community that will see your child blossom.
Your daughter will be dancing around the house, eyes sparkling with joy as she practices the choreography. She’ll adore her first proper BJP leotard and count the sleeps until her next Physie class.
★ TEENS AGES 13-18
Through Physie you’ll be able to travel and compete on a national platform, meeting other like-minded girls from across Australia. Broaden your horizons as we nurture you to reach your full potential.
Your Physie classes are an empowering space where you can be yourself and make friendships you’ll adore for life. Physie will give you the confidence and life skills to perform your best in school and as you spread your wings in the world.
Many of our teen members love the chance to share their love of Physie with younger students by becoming a Junior Associate.
★ LADIES AGES 18+
Join women who are friendly, welcoming and who make exercising a joy. Physie will not only be your source of physical activity but your cherished community of like-minded friends who will support you as you bring out your best.
EMPOWERING GIRLS FOR LIFE
There is an aura of confidence around Physie girls of all ages. Taught to stand tall, with strength and pride, they are team players committed to achieving their goals.
Unlike some ballet and dance studios, Pennant Hills Physical culture club focuses on developing the self-esteem of its students. By teaching them to have a positive relationship with their bodies, we help students blossom with confidence and self-assurance.
BJP Physie is passionate about nurturing students’ total wellbeing, in both mind and body. Physie is an accepting and encouraging team sport, where every member is supported and motivated to be the best they can be.
EVERY CLASS HAS BEEN CAREFULLY CRAFTED TO CREATE THE PERFECT MIX OF DANCE + EXERCISE
After greeting your friends and being welcomed to the class by your caring teacher, you’ll begin with some easy stretching and warming up. Next, you’ll practice your posture by marching or start learning a new dance routine.
For the little ones there are always fun games that everyone loves. Each lesson is designed to make sure that you improve a little every single week and caters to the ability level of the group.
