OUR SERVICES

We provide traditionally run group classes with a belt system of advancement, with internationally recognised WTF Black Belt certification.

We can also teach private individual or group classes by appointment, on either a short or long term basis. These can be done traditionally as in the general classes, or more individually tailored to suit the needs of the client, whether it be more fitness based, ‘freestyle’, or for basic street defense for example.

We also provide a service for schools or community groups, either in our own facilities or at your own.

These classes can range from ‘one-off’ introductory type lessons, to more detailed, in depth lessons conducted over a period of time, to full traditional on-going teaching (basically becoming a school-based branch).

The benefit to this approach is to introduce or provide access for people to a way of thinking and doing they may not necessarily seek out for themselves, an alternative viewpoint they may not have considered.

We also provide consultation for stage and screen choreography.

ABOUT US

Established in 1973 in Adelaide, South Australia, by Master Choon Bong Lee (9th Dan), we teach a traditional style of Tae Kwon Do, which is a Korean martial art, known as Moo Duk Kwan Style.

We are also affiliated with the World Tae Kwon Do Federation (WTF) which is an international Tae Kwon Do body responsible for standards, black belt certifications and international competitions.

We are a proudly family owned and run business. With branches throughout Adelaide, we have a proven track record over 42 years of providing martial arts instruction to all ages and abilities.
