    COME and try Physie this Term in a Free Trial Class.

    Physie is an affordable way to learn to dance. .
    Physie is a combination of dancing, aerobics, gymnastics and ballet. It helps develop strength, good posture, grace, flexibility and memory through movement, rhythm, co-ordination, balance and musical interpretation.

    Physie is social and fun and an excellent low impact dance and aerobic activity that girls love coming to because it is designed for maximum variety and fun!
    Family discounts apply for 3 or more club members and we also offer discounts on upfront yearly payments

    Class Times
    Tuesday- Bowral Uniting Church Hall

    5-8 Years - 4.00-4.50pm
    9-12 Years - 4.50-5.50pm
    13-1st Years - 5.50-6.50pm

    Thursday- Bowral Uniting Church Hall

    Preschoolers - 4.00-4.30pm
    5-6 Years - 4.30-5.15pm
    7-8 Years - 5.15-6.00pm
    9-10 Years - 6.00-6.45pm
    11-12 Years - 6.45-7.30pm
    13-1st Years - 7.30-8.45pm

    What to wear...

    There is no prescribed uniform for regular classes. We ask that all girls come to class in leotards or fitted gym gear with hair neatly tied back. Shorts and T-shirts are not appropriate for Physie classes, as the girls need to be comfortable to move freely, especially for the stretching component of the class.

    No footwear for either classes or competitions.

About the provider

Physie began in Australia in 1892 and Wollondilly-Southern Highlands has been teaching girls and women of all ages for over 50 years. Wollondilly-Southern Highlands Physie Club is a part of BJP Physical Culture Association. It is a unique sport that is affordable, community based and lots of fun.
