We’re United Gymnastics Academy, a new gymnastics centre offering classes for all ages and abilities. Here’s a little about who we are and what we believe.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Our philosophy is simple; uniting together we can create an atmosphere where everyone feels welcome.

With the four principles of Gymnastics – Fun, Fitness, Friendship, and Fundamentals – as the foundation of our programs we believe in nurturing everyone’s passion towards their Gymnastics journey, whatever that may be.

We believe:

✔ Personal well-being is both physical and mental – both need nurturing in a healthy lifestyle, and Gymnastics helps with both.

✔ Gymnastics is great exercise – do it, do it often, and do it with the supervision of a qualified coach.

✔ The physical benefits of Gymnastics are achieved when you practice regularly and with correct technical form.

✔ High-quality coaching is the root of an injury-free and rewarding practice.

✔ Gymnastics is like life in that there’s always something you can learn or improve - so keep learning, and keep improving!

CLASSES

★ KinderGym Classes

○ Discovery Gym: Walking – 2 years

○ Explorer Gym: 3 years

○ Adventure Gym: 4+ years

As a program that is specifically designed for children aged 0-5 years, KinderGym encourages you and your child to interact in a fun and engaging environment while developing fundamental life skills.

★ Recreational Classes

○ Embers: 4 – 7 years

○ Flames: 8 – 11 years

○ Infernos: 12+ years

Our recreational classes are based on programs such as Team Gym and Acrobatics. The classes act as an introduction to these programs and gymnastics as a whole while providing the gymnasts with the confidence and ability to perform fundamental skills such as cartwheels, handstands, and forward rolls.

★ Acrobatics Classes

Acrobatic Gymnastics combines a number of gymnastics elements and skills in a fun, team-based environment, providing a great platform for building balance, coordination, strength, and teamwork. Acrobatic Gymnastics is open to both males and females and combines thrilling skills with artistic dance routines.

★ TeamGym Classes

TeamGym is an exciting and audience friendly competition that’s growing in Australia, with strong teams all around the country.

★ Fitter For Life Classes

Fitter for Life is a fun and social opportunity that aims to help you improve your mobility, strength and coordination; the activities in the program can be customised for you, tailored to your level of ability and mobility.

★ Performance Team Classes

Performance Gymnastics provides groups of gymnasts the opportunity to showcase their gymnastics skills using any style and combination of gymnastics and dance.

★ Private Lessons

We offer private one-on-one coaching for students of all abilities and ages.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Come celebrate your birthday with United Gymnastics Academy!

We will provide you with everything you need for your child’s special day, including:

• Invitations.

• Exclusive accredited party hosts.

• 1.5 hours of fun-based gymnastics followed by 30 minutes of continued celebrations in your own dedicated party space.

• Full catering (you provide your own birthday cake).

• A Party Bag for each child, including a Free Pass to return for our fun-filled Holiday Gym programs.

Our party time-slots start from 12pm Saturday and 10am Sunday.
