WELCOME TO VISION GYMSPORTS!

As parents we want to see our children grow into happy, healthy young adults with the strength and confidence to meet today’s world. Adults call it physical and mental preparation, kids just call it having fun. Our Vision is simple. Great kids become great adults.

Gymnastic & trampoline programmes are proven to help children through the developmental stages and provide a solid foundation for the years ahead. Our team has more than 30 years experience and success in gymnastics and gym related sports. All our coaches are accredited through Gymnastics Australia, working with children certified and accredited in first aid.

OUR GYMSPORTS PROGRAMS

★ Kindergym

Kindergym introduces children to the next level of personal challenge and starts to focus more on developing control, strength and flexibility. The floor set up includes jumping castles, gymnastic apparatus and lots of soft colourful equipment. Kindy Mini's/Mighty Mini's / Maxi Mini's

★ Recreational Gymnastics

Our Recreational Gymnastics programs offer a series of age/ability classes to build on their existing skills whilst adding new levels of learning. We use the entire gym and give them access to all the equipment. It's the next step in skill and strength.

★ NINJA/Parkour(FREEG)

Parkour is a training discipline using movement that developed from military obstacle course training. Parkour includes running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, rolling, quadrupedal movement, flipping and other movements as deemed most suitable for the situation.

★ Trampolining & Tumbling

We have three dedicated Euro trampolines all with Fly away index ends as well as our huge foam pit. This helps in learning skills in a safe manner. We also have 2 tumble tracks, one to Pit to help with better and higher degree of difficulty dismounts, we also have a trampoline track to pit for the beginner tumbler.

★ Open GYM

Anyone is welcome, bring your friends and show them what you can do. We have accredited coaches on hand to learn some cool moves and help with any movements. Contact us for Open Gym times.

WHY VISION GYMSPORTS?

Our gymsport and gymnastics facility is equipped with everything required to deliver a diverse range of activities for everyone. We offer Gymnastics / Parkour for all and promote a gender, race and ability equal environment.

Gymsports are wide range of gymnastic related activities that are proven to assist in the physical and mental development of children, teenagers and adults. They include the traditional forms of gymnastics and programs for those who just want to have fun.

Our programs assist with:

○ Balance, co-ordination and confident body movement

○ Building self-esteem, strength, flexibility and self confidence

○ Developing healthy minds and bodies for now and later life

Our coaching team are Gymnastics Australia and Gymnastics NSW trained and accredited and all staff are Working with Children and First Aid certified.
