Overview

Our open studio days are meant for community members to visit the studio, familiarise themselves with what we do, and engage in creative artmaking. Want to experience the joy of creating - meet supportive people who share a mutual interest in Art - creativity - and explore creative play? This session is for you.

The program is delivered face-to-face in small groups. All art materials for in-studio will be provided. Additional art kits can be purchased at a separate cost.
The participants attend one-hour sessions weekly.

We give you basic prompts and information on how to tune into creativity based on a theme in each open studio. The themes vary in each studio session.
The first hour is structured to dabble in the art-making theme with guidance, and for the rest of the session, you are free to engage in free play.

Note: Kids younger than eight years must accompany an adult.

    Water Colour Cards:

Learn basic watercolour techniques and experience the calming benefits of engaging with their creative side.

You will walk away with a set of hand-made affirmation cards as visual reminders for yourself or as a gift to someone.

We offer a range of creative arts sessions, art therapy courses and workshops for kids, young people & adults.

At Mindkshetra – we are passionate about empowering our future generation to develop a robust sense of worth using creativity as a catalyst with our art therapy workshops in Sydney.

We offer group sessions suitable for kids from 9 years and above to engage in creative play, make new friendships and enhance connections. We provide a range of in-studio term classes.

We believe creativity is a natural skill we are all born with! But most commonly, "Being Creative" is confused with being artistic. And most importantly, accessing our creative side can help us sustain our well-being. Almost half of us (in the world) resist taking up creative pursuits because of this self-imposed expectation of making masterpieces every time we engage with art. Thus, we are missing out on the benefits "Being Creative" has to offer.
