Overview

Put the drama back in to school holidays!

Join Tantrum’s professional teaching artists over two creative days to make and perform a new play! Participants can take on any role they choose – performer, costume designer, props maker, script writer – or all of them!

Tantrum’s creative drama workshops put young people at the centre of their creative expression, supporting participants to use their voice, follow their instincts, and make what they want to make.

Parents, carers, friends, join us at 3.00PM on the final day, as we debut our new work.

    Ages 5-12: 9AM–3.30PM, Tuesday 17th & Wednesday 18th January

Tantrum Youth Arts

5.0 out of 5 (View 7 ratings)

Tantrum Youth Arts exists to amplify the voices of young people through creativity. Through our workshops, programs and performances, Tantrum makes young people feel confident, connected, creative and heard.

Tantrum is the leading youth arts company in the Hunter region (NSW, Australia) and a not-for-profit co-operative. Utilising performance, storytelling and so much more, we offer meaningful creative workshops, projects and opportunities for young people aged 5 to 30 that build confidence, connections and compassion.

We believe artistic expression is a powerful tool for young people to make sense of themselves, their community and the world around them, leading to change.
