    September School Holidays 2023

    It’s important to keep active for your health, fitness and brain!

    Improving quickness and agility is Acceleration’s specialty. Your coach has designed a program to improve your stability, flexibility, speed, agility and running form during this school term.

    This speed-specific camp is a great time to spend some time on your running form, quickness, fitness and agility. You’ll learn a lot and have fun, too. Enrol today!

    Focus on Your Speed and Agility

    Speed and Agility sessions are held at an Acceleration gym near you.

    We look forward to seeing you there!

    Speed Camp Training Sessions Include:

    Every single session includes different ways to focus on:

    ○ Stability (Deep System and Steering System)
    ○ Dynamic Warm-up (Running Form)
    ○ Speed & Agility (Movement System)
    ○ Recovery

    Each day is different and includes a game at the end so, don’t miss out on some awesome sessions!

    - Great for athletes aged 8-18 years old.

    The activities during sessions are split up by age group so that athletes get the most out of the camp in terms of exercise education and difficulty.
