    APRIL EASTER SCHOOL HOLIDAYS 2024

    WORKOUT TIME. Feel stronger and more powerful at Strength Camp.

    Building strength, core stability and flexibility results in a more powerful body. We have seen a lot of athletes gain not only strength at this camp but confidence as well.

    Workout 3 times a week at one of our gyms with an Acceleration Performance Coach to establish good workout habits and take advantage of your spare time in the school holidays.

    I WANT TO KNOW WHAT'S INVOLVED!
    Join these 60 – minute weight lifting sessions in an Acceleration gym near you.

    These workout sessions would include:

    ○ Warm Up
    ○ Power Exercises
    ○ Steering Exercises
    ○ Strength Exercises
    ○ Recovery

    This camp is great for teenagers who want to build their strength and power.

    These group sessions encourage safe and self-directed workouts while under the guidance of an Acceleration Performance Coach with years of experience in the strength and conditioning industry.

    Your program is designed appropriately for your age and ability. No sports or gym experience is required!
